Location
Our magnificent Villa Castelletto Parenzana is located in the heart of Istria, near the famous Motovun, surrounded by Istrian hills.
It is built in the traditional Istrian style and it once served as a station of the famous Parenzana railway. But today it is renovated in a rustic style and equipped with all the necessary equipment and is intended to enjoy all the beauty that the surroundings have to offer.
Central area
Castelletto Parenzana is an impressive villa with the central area furnished in a rustic style. You enter through a large staircase, surrounded by trees. Ground floor includes a large living room, dining room, kitchen and daily toilet area.
As soon as you enter the room, you will feel the peace and warmth of the fireplace in the living room. You can spend your free time at the table playing board games, listening to music or having a nice talk over a glass of a local wine. The heart of Villa Castelletto Parenzana is the stone pillar that adorns the villa.
The central space opens into the dining room with a window view of the beautiful surroundings. The path through the air-conditioned central room takes you through the charming and richly equipped kitchen and all the way to the first outdoor uncovered terrace.
The kitchen is perfect for sharing cooking moments with loved ones. The central room also includes a daily toilet, and on the ground floor there is also one bedroom (12.48 m2) with its own bathroom.
Upper floor
From the central area of Villa Castelletto Parenzana, the path takes you up the semi-circular stairs to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms where you can enjoy a relaxing bath.
The eastern bedroom (18.26 m2) has an exit to an uncovered terrace, which allows you complete intimacy in the morning sun rays and birds chirping. The view opens up to the beautiful neighbor’s orchard behind the villa and extends even further to the surrounding wine-growing hills.
The western bedroom (17.73 m2) has a small balcony above the entrance of the villa and an exit to a covered and closed terrace. The view offered by the space gives you inspiration when writing your thoughts or reading, but it is also suitable for daily business obligations.
Exterior
On sunny mornings and afternoons, you can enjoy the view of unspoilt nature on the outdoor terrace. From the living room there is an exit to the covered terrace on the east side with a summer kitchen, where you will enjoy cooking and eating, with a view of the illuminated outdoor pool and the fragrant garden of Villa Castelletto Parenzana.
The stone villa Castelletto Parenzana is located on a 4100 m2 plot of land, surrounded by greenery, vineyards, orchards with oak, acacia, fig and cherry trees. The villa offers a complete privacy and gives you a sense of security.
